Salad with Beets, Oranges, & Goat Cheese
Salad with Beets, Oranges, & Goat Cheese
August 24, 2015
This salad with beets may not appeal to everyone, but since I was a kid, I have had an affinity for beets. I'm still not sure where it came from since my parents have always hated them. Either way, I love them canned, pickled, roasted, you name it. I usually make this salad with beets, oranges, and goat cheese as an easy and healthy weekday lunch (my boyfriend hates beets as well so dinner is a no go...). With just a couple easy steps, you'll have a nutritious meal on your plate within minutes.
